The Healing Mirror is a five-week journey created to help you slow down, look inward and reconnect with yourself.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about taking the time to really see yourself, understand the parts of you that have shaped who you are, release what you’re ready to stop carrying, reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost along the way, and decide how you want to move forward.

Over five weeks, you’ll move through:

Week 1 | SEE
Notice yourself honestly, without judgement.

Week 2 | UNDERSTAND
Explore your patterns, emotions, beliefs and behaviours with more compassion and understanding.

Week 3 | RELEASE
Look at what you’ve been carrying and decide what you’re ready to put down. Nothing is forced.

Week 4 | RECLAIM
Reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve quietened, neglected, hidden or forgotten.

Week 5 | REALIGN
Bring everything together and choose how you want to treat yourself and move forward.

The Healing Mirror workbook is designed to be worked through at your own pace, with honest reflection, guided exercises, healing practices, boundaries, self-compassion, future-self work and space to actually write, process and reflect.

At the end of the five weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to look back at where you started, recognise what has shifted, write your final Healing Mirror letter and create your own plan for continuing your healing beyond the workbook.
