How Gratitude Changed My Life ✨🙏

How Gratitude Changed My Life ✨🙏

People often ask me about manifestation, affirmations, and how to attract more of what they want into their lives.

and one of the most powerful tools I ever discovered wasn’t a crystal, a ritual, or even an affirmation.

It was gratitude.

Years ago, I found myself in a very dark place, a place I never thought I could pull myself from.

I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from any sense of hope.

Until Frankie, suggested I start a gratitude practice.

Honestly? At first, I thought it sounded ridiculous, because what on earth do I have in life to be grateful for?!…

But I started anyway.

Not with grand gestures.

Not with a long list.

Just three things each day.

💜 Waking up in the morning.

💜 Having water to drink.

💜 Having fresh air to breathe.

Simple things that I had taken for granted for many years.

and slowly I found myself shifting.

The more I looked for things to be grateful for, the more I noticed them.

Having food on my table.

Having friends around me that care for my wellbeing.

Spending time with my family.

and honestly the more I noticed the little things in life, the more positive I felt.

and more positive I felt, the more opportunities, blessings, and reasons to be grateful seemed to appear.

Gratitude changed my focus and it truly changed my life

I noticed that my thoughts became my reality, so I started going big.

I started being grateful for things I didn’t even have yet.  I was speaking your desires into existence and found a form of manifesting.

This isn’t about being false positive or trying your best to stay positive.

This is about being grateful and positive for the things we already have in life first.

Because gratitude teaches us to appreciate what already exists while remaining open to what is still to come.

It helps us move from a mindset of lack to a mindset of abundance.

Today, 7 years later.

I still practise gratitude because it reminds me that even on difficult days, there is always something to be thankful for.

✨ I’d love to know…
